1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Delivery Time
RICECGO partners with trusted international and domestic carriers to ensure reliable delivery.
Please allow up to 3 weeks (21 days) from the date of shipment for your order to arrive.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and carrier logistics. Most customers receive their orders within 10–18 days, but we advise allowing the full 3-week maximum before contacting support about delivery delays.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take several days to appear, especially during international transit.

5. Delays & Lost Packages
RICECGO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural events, or courier service disruptions.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work directly with the carrier to investigate.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly. RICECGO is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
