At RICECGO, every timepiece is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped with precision. Due to the nature of our limited product releases and commitment to maintaining brand integrity, all sales are final.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all products, including watches, accessories, and promotional items.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@ricecgo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will review each case individually and may, at our discretion, provide a replacement of the same model if the damage is verified as a manufacturing or shipping defect.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for wear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling.
3. Order Accuracy
Please double-check your order details — including shipping address, item selection, and payment method — before confirming checkout.
RICECGO is not responsible for orders placed incorrectly or for shipments lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Limited Warranty
All watches are inspected for quality assurance prior to shipment. RICECGO offers a limited 30-day warranty covering internal movement defects only. This warranty does not cover external damage, water exposure, or normal wear and tear.
